Cdn 4wd Magazine
I remembered yesterday that Lisa said Shawn was in the Cdn 4wd mag, so I past by Chapters. I found the magazine and found the section that covered Camp Nl last year. It tlked about the donations to the Minden hospital and the people that are involved. They showed Shawn (tankhunter) going through a trail and having the only sased X in all of Canada. Its nice to see that imports are recognized inthe 4wd world.

Re: Cdn 4wd Magazine
I've had a subscription this mag for a couple of years now, and the more I read it, the more I like it.
Like most mags, it has a LOT of stuff about jeeps (Jeeps are pretty popular for some reason... ), but they do a good job of covering a lot of other stuff. The last issue had Shawn's truck, full covereage of Suzi-can in Calabogie (near Ottawa) and a lot of other stuff.
When Scott and I came to town, I brought the latest one with me and was showing Bender the pics of Shawn's truck... It's a pretty nice rig!
It would be nice to see a bit MORE coverage of it, and I would imagine that that might be a possibility in the future, but I guess we'll just have to wait and see.
What I like about the mag is the mostly all Canadian content. They do cover most of the big American stuff too, like MOAB etc, but it's not the same thing over and over again like most other mags are.

Re: Cdn 4wd Magazine
So I go away for a little while and the admin guys change the NTC forums...wow ....nice look by the way and I am glad that Canada 4WD is being mentioned in here as well.
Oh by the way.. a message to 'Big Bird', I was the original Big-Bird on the old NTC forum so don't be too alarmed about my handle. As for the magazine I am the staff writer out west and I can tell you there is some cool stuff coming up that is NISSAN oriented. I'm not gonna give the secret away so just stay tuned for the late summer and early fall issues. The editor was quite impressed with that green SAS'd Xterra. He tells me there is something big in the works for that unit later this year, or so he was told.

I think the two Big Birds should do a peanut war or somethin' for the naming rights...
Then pay the club and get your wheels an owners' rigs page so we can all gawk.

Re: Cdn 4wd Magazine
I have tried to find this magazine for a while after seeing Jaymans at my place, but no luck.
Is there a link where I can subscribe to it?
Yeah the Green X is Tankhunters, and its no secret to whats planned. Dana 60 up front and three link rear from what I have heard. Probably a roll cage soon and an exo wouldn't surprise me.

Wade: What are the chances of giving Premium Club Members a discount on a subscription?
Then the mag would be in the Resources section, right Mods?
