Personalize your TomTom GPS start-up screen with the CNTC or Nissan logo.
(For instructions on how to do this on your Garmin nüvi click here.)
Save any of the images below to your computer's hard drive.
(These images are for the 4.3" wide screen TomTom)
(These images are for the 3.5" screen TomTom)
Using the USB cable that came with your TomTom GPS, plug the unit in to your computer.
On the GPS drive locate the file called "splash.bmp" (for 3.5" models) or "splashw.bmp" (for 4.3" models) and rename it to something else like "splash.bmp.bak" or "splashw.bmp.bak". This is to back-up the original file so you can revert to it if you ever wanted to.
Rename the logo file you saved to your computer to "splash.bmp" (for 3.5" models) or "splashw.bmp" (for 4.3" models) and copy it to the same location as the original file on the TomTom GPS drive.
Unmount the TomTom from the computer, unplug the USB cable and then start up your TomTom.
The new start-up screen should now be loading on your TomTom GPS.
