Looks good by the way, I started the third brake light relocation when I did SGT_B's bumper a few years back.

I hear ya on the gusset concern. The tire carrier and bumper is over 3 years old and was wheeled in BC with a 32 on it. The crappy weld has held up so far. I can't see it failing without signs of cracking for awhile first. If it does i'll put a gusset there. If it breaks off i'll put the spare and the arm back up in the basket and keep on truck'n!!

Simon, the light, anchors and ducting came from good 'ol PA. I ran it under the swing arm because there's no room between it and the bumper. I think it turned out pretty clean looking. And Kelly got to use some of her electrical skills! :-)
Pete's 3rd brake light from an R50 is definitely the way to go. I'm going with the Sandor Mod soon enough (hint hint Dean!)

:rotfl:
Hopefully you didn't pull the flap off when trying to remove the cinder block (if you removed it)

I like teh changes you made Dave...cool! Maybe catch up with you in Bender's driveway for the gusset addition.

Installed the extension for my roof rack, so now its bigger. I'm clearly overcompensating for something. :squeam:
Slapped some bondo on my inferior quality bodywork, sanded it down, threw a coat of primer on. Got rained on.

Sadly, we don't have any trails in Guelph :(

Who needs licence plate lights? lol, the mod that I "was" gonna do... typical. I'm pretty sure you can see the third on my old bumper.

Simon, the licence plate wires and bulbs are tied up under the truck, frame me thinks.

Lets hope your initial install is a little more graceful than it was on Atari.

Rob, on that note, DO NOT, IN ANY WAY believe that backing the truck up into a wall to get the bumper on, is a good idea. It's not.
