I'll trade you soggy skittles for hidden McDonalds Fries ;)
I have some of those, just ask Simon! We found a bunch under my seat when we took it out to access the BL bolt that snapped off in the frame.

Picked up some hardware for Nige's truck today, and listened to my left side BJ's scream at me over every bump. I also listened the the rust munch on the paint while in the drive thru at Timmies.

You should take it to Mike and the fella's down at North end Nissan, I hear they're really nice guys, who know a thing or two about a thing or two! ;)

Nah, don't take it to those to yahoos, they don't know JACK!

As for the BJ, metal on metal screeching like you have never heard before... It's rather unpleasant. My lower BJ was doing that last spring until I replaced it.

What's all this talk about BJ's???

Why when you have a brand new one sitting not more than 20' from you in the show room and only for $35k...that is one very nice looking truck...its a shame they added all the electronic controls for the soccer mom crowd :(

I bought a new rack and now putting on the seldom used thinking cap to think of how to attach the lights to the rack.

Will need to get some new rear leafs to level out the truck after the new torsion bars added.

Ans I also let Lorie drive the truck to work...more abuse...hopefully she won't break something <again>...well maybe this is a good thing so I can get more new stuff :)

I have done a few things lately. I had aluminum skids made and a "Cha cha" centre link which was installed with the assistance of Pete and Rod. Last night I installed a rear bumper with tire carrier, again with the help of Pete and Rod. Today I wired up a new LED (that's right Andrew LED!) licence plate light for the rear bumper. Here are some pics.

I ran the wiring under the arm with some plastic ducting and anchors.

Nice work Davey boy!!! I mean, you don't have a cinder block stuck on one of your tires, but you are about as cool as can be otherwise.

Thanks man!! And yeah, all I can think of is the clear traction advantage Pete now has. I guess the superiority of TSL's wasn't enough he had to add cinder blocks as extra sidebiters. What a guy that Pete is. ;)

Oh, one Q Dave - I can't make out in the picture why the bar extends vertically above the tire? What is that for?

Some have used that as a third brake light re-location location. I may use it for my antenna re-location location. ;) It also has a spot at the base of the arm for a hi-lift which i'll prob only use when it's on the trail just so none of the Hamilton mooks can help themselves to it. I'll just need a gas can holder in the future.

What's up with the trend of running LED licence plate light? Pete does that too, hahaha... maybe Rev soon? The bumper looks real good, Dave.

I thought that would make you laugh! Unfortunately, there are not too many options out there for lights. It was either a simple LED or a full framed blue neon kit (and i'm definitely not cool enough for that). Pete, you have Andrew's head spinning with the thought of an LED strobe!

Gusset? No one puts a gusset there. It's meant to hold a tire Rod.
I'll just wait til it snaps off and bounces down the road. Now you have me paranoid that i don't have a gusset. Keep your opinions to yourself hater! :fawk:

I don't have any pics of my cha-cha centre link. Sorry Wod.

One of these days I might pull up at Rod's driveway with blinking LED strobes that are linked to the 12V socket. My friend has one on his civic and it blinks whenever the bass kicks in, it goes along with the beat    But yeah, Pete got me thinking now...
