etrailer - $335 USD plus $154 USD shipping = $489 USD plus tax and potentially brockerage
Amazon (amzon.ca) - $449 CDN shipping included = $449 plus tax
HitchDepotCanada (on amazon.ca) - $412 CDN shipping included = $412 plus tax

Funny thing is HitchDepotCanada doesn't show that hitch anymore, perhaps they made a pricing mistake :-)

They don't show one for the Xterra either. Etrailer has one for mine at 168USD. That is not terrible but maybe I will try my luck at the junkyard.

Started assembly on my winch rebuild. Unfortunately I ran out of parts as the person who was giving them a free ride from Buffalo forgot to bring some back. ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Yep, bringing one back from the dead with a few aftermarket upgrades. A few giglepin parts and a 6.5hp motor off the 9.5xp vs the stock old 2.5hp motor vehicle ;)

Pulled the truck out of storage, charged the battery, got an emission test, and a new licence sticker.

Wheeled the crap out of it for 2 days, then adjusted a brake line so it's less likely to get grabbed by the tire. ;)

The truck for it's fender trimmed for the 33's, a new rear spray nozzle and replaced the dead 1750w inverter under the passenger seat with a new 1500w unit. I replaced the seat bolts with brand new ones while I was at it. Wheels bearings got tightened up and I replaced the auto hubs with those from the Frontier. The left hub had issues with too much power and wouldn't work in reverse. The right, the spring thingy came apart as I went to remove it.

I picked up the trailer this week with it's new modifications on lowering the forward spring mount, raising the coupler and getting shocks installed. It rides absolutely great now. WIth that, since the trailer is now at the proper height, it uses the receiver in the bumper rather then the OEM hitch. With that my tire carrier that mounts in there can no longer. The plan was to put it on the receiver on the trailer, bur there's a ball in there that's pretty much rust welded inside. I decided to remove that and the bumper, chop off that piece, and weld up a new 2.5" tubing and rose it up.

We loaded up the trailer with pallets and want to Mount Belair for a fire with some friends. The trailer got to get tested along a light trail.

They are good guys. Unfortunately he was out last week so orders are backed up a little and mine was not shipped yet.
