Titan TPS
Here's another one for the titan guys....
Has anyone found a way to turn the TPS light off? I know it's just a light on the dash, but is annoys the crap out of me....

Re: Titan TPS
Hasn't ever bothered me. I've run three sets of rims: one with TPMS, and two without. The set with the TPMS has never given me a problem, if the pressure in a tire drops below ~28PSI the light comes on and I know I have a low tire. The two sets without the TPMS don't cause the light to come on during most of my driving, which is short trips. The light does come on solid after I've driven ~80km, and resets when the truck is restarted. I've always assumed that the truck runs a diagnostic, or throws a fault, after driving a certain distance without any communication from the sensors.

Re: Titan TPS
If you haven't already done so get a copy of your service manual from the Premium Member Garage area of the forum. The Wheel and Tire (WT) section has all of the information on the TPMS including what connections and fuses are related to its function. One word of warning, the system is tied to the BCM and the keyless entry (have no idea why), so just pulling the fuse could cause other systems to malfunction.

Re: Titan TPS
I assumed you didn't and that was causing the problem.
I've never had an issue with the system when the sensors were installed. As long as the pressure is over 28 PSI.
