Re: What did you do to your rig today?
Got up this morning to my driver side fog/spot light broken off. Pulled the grill and some wiring to remove it completely because it was just hanging their. Gonna get the same set from National4wd when I can. I really like the output from them. If anyone has any other lights they may suggest that don't break the bank then please let me know. These by the way are VisionX, roughly 6" in diameter.
Crossed eyed
Hopefully this weekend ill get a new set. These at least don't break the bank and have lasted about 5 years which I think is decent for a set of lights.

Pulled out the mailmans car with it today. My shackle was too big so we had to rig something up to work but it was very low tension, just had to move him off of the ice and soft shoulder. Reminded me of someone else here who recently had the same experience. I need to get some smaller shackles.
Also I changed my oil yesterday.

This sounds like quite the day. You're not confusing this site with another one of your surfing pleasures, are you? Just saying.

All good. There and back @ 105 on the speedo (~110) cruise set and never came out of gear on the 417, 416 or 401. I'm impressed how unmemorable the drive home with the Maxima in tow actually was, perfectly boring.Jayman wrote:Hopefully this won't affect weekend adventures.Miner wrote:Discovered blown out JBA exhaust gasket...picked up two OEMs...replacing tonight.

Re: What did you do to your rig today?
I towed a maxima (2002) with the pathfinder last week from smiths falls to vanier...Managed to hold 100 without it gearing down. Shocking, I know.
This week I fixed a ground problem that was causing a ton of small issues that I had been living with. The body ground part of the negative battery cable was making poor contact, causing a low rpm miss, coolant gauge was erractic, and my trailer lights to be extremely dim.

Yea, I wanted to buy this one, 6 speed manual is way too fun to drive!Miner wrote: Hauling Maxima's around is a good fun.
I hit it with something in the garage, and out of frustration I tried to push it out from the inside, and I think I made it worse, now instead of a big dent there is a smaller one and 2 ripples. Oh well, I'll get it into a body shop when I have some cash, or may have a go at doing it myself.Bow_Tied wrote:
