To me I find that leak very minor. You might have to change that cold start valve. It might be seized. If you do end up changing the coolant, drain it from the block not from the rad.

Also check from the back of the motor from the head gaskets and from the lower intake plenum.

Even spray it down with penetrating fluid. So it can seep into the rust. Don't hit too hard with the hammer, it will send shock to the windshield and crack it. I've seen that happen.

Make sure they put in the t-bars the right way. They are directional and the adjustors have to be tucked into the frame when the truck is at the apropriate ride height.
