So no warranty coverage for me. Apparently a suspension lift constitutes modification. I'll argue that with the service manager since the warranty brochure doesn't list anything about modification to suspension as a disqualifier.

funny, I just started getting the same kind of thing. It's intermittent, sounds like a playing card in the spokes of a bicycle wheel. Seems to come from the rear, but hard to tell. Saw someone in a lifted black Gen 1 with a tire in the roofrack, last night around 7:45 on Hurontario heading Northbound.

Problem I see with that is that the fluid may be building up between the rubber hose and the steel line. As a temporary fix however, I think it will do until I can dump the money on the new assembly. Thanks!

The service manual isn't helping. How do I take the center console apart run cables etc without busting all the plastic clips? I assume there's an order of operations here I'm missing.
