Re: Vibrating qx4

Did you do driveshaft ujoints? I've seen where a previously perfectly good joint starts to cause vibration after a lift due to being asked to run at a new angle.

Find something with about the same length cable and figure out how to make it interface with the brakes.

If you do it yourself take the time to clean and lube the slider pins to keep your caliper happy.

Re: New member

I thought it was supposed to be "LS everything" I like to keep my Nissan's purebreds, so unless it came factory with twin-turbos it needs a VK56 swap. Speaking of "LS Everything" couldn't that LJ use a few more cylinders? It could, but I think one day it get a couple l...

TMR Customs and CT Motorsports are definitely radflow resellers. They may or may not be able to make recommendations for your application but I'm sure they could get them.

I've seen ct motorsports get some Nissan stuff for people. Ski usually has reasonable prices and excellent service.

Generally speaking skyjacker kits tend to ride badly.

Re: Interior takes forever to warm up - mods for that?

Don't know if it's the recommended procedure for an x but on my Mazda they said to warm it up, then hold it at 2-3k rpm for 2 to 3 minutes, twice, then rev to 3k rpm for 10 seconds twice.
Repeat if the heat doesn't stay. Two cycles of that fixed it right up.

Re: Turn signals not working after headlight bulbs changed

You could check the owners manual for the fuse box location. As to testing fuses, a test light is the easy way. The 2 small squares on the back of the fuse are contacts connected to each leg. Just touch each side with the test light, if it only lights up on one side it's blown. Or pull the fuse and ...

Re: Jeep Liberty lift Kits?

I've heard good things about OME, no idea about skyjacker on a libby. Ski from CT motorsports I think got a libby OME kit in for someone so he may have a sense on how it worked out.
