Re: Member Spotting
HA! Were you by chance walking your dog? If that was you, then I think I saw you. I hadn't driven my truck in a couple of weeks, so I decided to go for a shake down spin now that the snorkel is back on. Yes I was walking my dog!! I was gonna yell but then I realize I might come across as crazy if y...

Re: Major Noises.
Getting the wheel bearing fixed this week so that will take out one option.
will be taking tire off and fixing brakes to make sure they arent causing issues this weekend, And will take the rusted tin brake cover off.
What a pain in the ass!

Major Noises.
Just put on new bigger tires with Steelies and a 2 inch spacer all around. Also replace front brakes over a week ago and back brakes over a month ago. I now currently have major grinding noises coming from the front brakes and all sort of weird noises when driving and on highway. When I touch the br...

Re: Spacer for suspension lift
I got a wider tire and it is closer to the ball joint bolt, when i meant spacer, I'm talking about a wheel spacer to push it out 2inches. I know the suspension spacer wont do anything.

Re: Spacer for suspension lift
Got the tires, they are installed, but one slightly major issue is that the tires are wider then original and now there is a big worry that CT made about the tire rubbing against the Control Arm bolt and shredding the tire over time. There is about a 1/2inch from bolt to tire, I can get my fingers b...

Re: Spacer for suspension lift
Called a few places gonna bring it in and see what they quote me. Forgot about National 4x4 but leaving my truck anywhere for a long period of time will be hard for me to do. I don't really trust CT to do it. Looked up the melt mod, doesn't seem to hard, smash the Sh*t out of it seems the be the gen...

Attempted to install Spacers today on my Xterra and failed. Looked online for some guidance but didn't really get much. Apart from having a hell of a time getting some of the bolt off other bolts I couldn't even get at. do I need to take the control arm off? And sprayed the hell out of the bolts for...

Re: Windshield washer Pump
Yeah, Nissan told me it would be a 3 hour job and the part was 150 and they suggested that I shouldn't do it on my own, and I wasnt about to pay that. I was playing around with the pump i hit it a few time to see if there was anything caked on or something blocking the hose and then it randomly star...

Re: Turbo
From what I have heard it doesnt work well on the X, more owners have gone with the supercharger. But would like to see and hear it on the X, I'm surprised how cheap that is for a turbo the supercharger runs for about 3000 grand. They can be used on both types of fuel aswell. If I had the money is b...
